NON-authorized return is not accepted.
NON-defective item return will need buyer to return the item by themselves, return label will not be provides and cash on delivery is not approved.
Return item must be in original package box, which is in good condition for both package and products. So please don't throw the box before you confirm the product condition & fitment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Theyoungercar accepts returns up to 30 days.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order（info@theyoungercar.com）. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

- Customer order wrong product for his car
- Customer don’t like the product on personal reason
RETURN POLICY
- Non-defective product customers need to pay shipping.
- Return item must be in original package box, the products need to be in unused & good condition(in the same condition that you received it). Customer need to send pictures of the shipping labels on package and the pictures of the product in full view to confirm the condition.
- There will be restocking fee (20% of the order's original purchase price) been deducted from the refund for non-defective return.
IF THE RETURN IS CAUSED BY Theyoungercar, WE WILL PROVIDE THE RETURN LABEL/REFUND/EXCHANGE
- Theyoungercar sent wrong product which is different from product customer ordered, theyoungercar will provide return label and replacement/refundaccording to customers’ intention
- Theyoungercar displayed wrong description on products which customer ordered, theyoungercar will provide return label and replacement/refundaccording to customers’ intention
- Customer received damaged product, theyoungercar will provide replacement or refundaccording to customers’ intention
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted.
- If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
- Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:
- Order number；
- Proof of purchase；
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)；
- Complete delivery address；
Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without closing it. These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all 3 copies.
Step 4: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
REFUND POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer can refund, return or exchange the product. Customers can refund or exchange within 30 business days.
Refunds will be made after we have received and confirmed the returned item.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you paid by paypal, refunds will be sent to your paypal account within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
